T2B Wax Room – Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and smooth scheduling, please review our cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% charge of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows: Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. A late fee may apply. By booking with T2B Wax Room, you agree to these terms.
